Baby Animals of the North is a story written by Katy Main. It has lots of pictures, and many different animals. Polar bears, arctic foxes, moose, and otters are some of the animals in this book. Otters are smart, they use rocks to break open their food. The pictures have lots of bright colors, and most of the animals look nice. Some of the animal pictures are a bit odd, their eyes can be spooky.

“Caribou are often called the “nomads of the north”…”

Every page talks about different things the animals do, and at the end of the book, is a list of all the animals and extra facts about them. Listening to the book is easy; none of the pages are very long. This book is good for little children who like to learn about animals.
