A car accident has changed the lives of Jack, his girlfriend, Ally, and his best friend, Callum, forever. After Jack takes off due to his overwhelming guilt of what he’s done to Ally, Callum has stepped up to help Ally recover. Just as they’re getting their lives back together, Jack’s father dies causing Jack to come back after four long years. The secrets they hide just might be what brings them all together again.
“There are four questions of value in life; what is sacred? Of what is the spirit made? What is worth living for, and what is worth dying for? The answer to each is the same. Only love.”
Amanda Dick pulls at your heartstrings with this wonderful romance she calls Absolution. Dick has written a very detailed romance with just enough heartbreak and of course a happy ending that you just cannot put down. Absolution will draw you in as you read about true love and how even after a horrible car accident, heartbreak and leaving for four years, true love will find a way to survive. I would recommend Absolution to anyone who would like to read a gripping romance that will make you cry and believe in true love and happy endings. Although Absolution could just leave off where it is with Jack and Ally getting married, I’d love for Amanda Dick to continue their story.
